VISIT FROM RENSHI JAIME VALENTIN - APRIL, 2003

 

22 Students participated at The East Coast Open - Saturday, April 12th, 2003

Many won medals and trophies, and show them off to Renshi Valentin on his visit back to Luray

Instructor Sensei Jim Wyatt was promoted to First Degree Black Belt, and Instructor Morgan Riggs earned her Brown Belt

On Wednesday August 24, 2005 Jonathan Sours and Gary Gochenour, Karate Students at the Luray Fitness Center tested and earned their Brown Belts in Goju Ryu Karate, which is one belt below the Black Belt.  1st Degree Black Belt Instructor Jim Wyatt looks on as he administers the test.  Sours and Gochenour have both practiced Goju Ryu at the Luray Fitness Center for almost 3-years.
