BALLET TONING brings the best of dance
conditioning into an easy to follow fitness format to sculpt, tone and
condition your entire body. It brings the smooth moves of a dancer into an
exercise routine good even for those with two left feet. It’s a wonderful
way to take the stress out of body and mind....it provides a challenging
strength workout with the benefits of stretching. It's a great change from
doing high impact and weights.....improves strength, flexibility and
coordination, easy on the joints.....it's a great overall workout, and
it's FUN!" ONGOING CLASSES THURSDAY MORNINGS 8:45 - 9:45 am. FREE for
members ~ $3.00 per class non-members. Taught by instructor SHANNON
TAYLOR, this class is for all ages, and all levels of fitness. GREAT
