All classes are one hour long and may include: warm-up,
aerobic section, strength training with body bars, tubes, bands, dumbbells,
medicine balls, rope jumping, boxing moves, abdominal work, kettlebells, bender
balls, Pilates and stretching.
Many classes include step.
**All classes may be modified for low or high
intensity depending on your individual fitness level.

Sensei Jaime Valentin (Jimmy), 5th Degree Black Belt Instructor, has been in
karate for 30 years (since 1972), has taught martial arts for 22 years
(since 1980), Luray Fitness Centers' instructor since January 1997 as well
as owning two other karate studios, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Okinawa Kemp,
Brown Belt Chinese Boxing, training in Jujitsu, Aikido and Judo. |
